FTC Experience 

Freelance Talent Championship, naam sunkar hi darr lag raha tha jab pehli baar babaji ne iski ghoshna ki thi group mein. Bahut saare sawal dimaag me paida hone lage the. Ek mahatvapoorn sawal jo mere man me tha ki kya main dusre maharathiyon se lekhan ke maamle me chunauti de sakta hoon? Isi sawal ka jawab paane ke liye main iss competition me kudd para. Aaj karib 5 mahino baad jab main apna performance dekhta hoon to thori santushti milti hai.

Iss competition me mere liye chunautiyan seedhe round-1 se shuru hogayi thi. Competition ke pehle tk jab bhi maine kuch likha hai, bhale hi vo class X ke board exam me article/letter hi kyun na ho, kabhi bhi word limit ko control nahi kar paya tha. Aur Round-1 mein 2500 words hi tha matra. Theme to general bharatiya samaj thi. Bheja fry hogaya ye sochte sochte ki kya likkhu. Iss baare me jab babaji se baat ki to unhone kaha ki indian history se bhi related ho sakti thi. Mera bas itna sunana tha ki jhatpat google chrome khola aur 3-4 indian conspiracies pe search maar daali. Inn sab mese mujhe Netaji SUbhash Chandra Bose ke gayab hone ka rahasya par jyada scope nazar aaya. Kahani iss tarah se likhni thi ki facts saare sahi ho but work mera complete original ho. To fir kai ghanto ki research k baad finally story complete hui aur turant maine submit kar di. Aur bhagwan ki kripa se ache margin se opponent Nehaji par vijay prapt ki.

Round-2 ka topic Love. What the f***! Aaj tk iss chiriya ke baare me kabhi jaana hi nahi to likhu kaise isspar. Bilkul bhi samajh mein nahi aa raha tha ki kya kare. Mere opponent the Sanjay singh ji jo alag hi maharathi hain. Mujhe laga ki mera patta ab to kata. Par fir bhi haar nahi maane. Chunki Love theme par kuch likh nhi sakta tha to 2-sub stories banayi ek hi story mein...Ek story arc purely love n frndship pe based thi to dusri mystery theme thi. Main to bas yahi minti kar raha tha ki kisi tarah ye round paar kar jau. Bhagwan ne meri vinti sunn li and voila! I m in round 3.

Pre Quarter Finals, mere liye sabse best round rahi kyunki theme aur word limit dono mere swadanusar thi. Iss round me maza bahut aaya. Confidence pichle do rounds se high tha. Kahani likh ke submit to kar di but opponent me tagre contender Mehfooz bhai the. Dil mein thora darr tha but finally round-3 bhi paar hogaya.

Quarter finals saamne tha aur tarah-tarah ke naye rules saamne aaye. Aur yahan se mere lekhan me decline aane laga. Colleges shuru hogye the to iss round se ache se stories nahi likh paya tha. Yes, its not an excuse and i feel i didn't give 100%. Main pura sure tha ki iss round me bahar ho jayunga. Mujhe khud apni story pasand nahi aa rahi thi iss round ki. But fir ek chamatkar hua aur opponent Ranjana Sharma ji jo ab title ki daavedaar maani jaa rahin thi aur lagatar achchha likh rahin thi par mujhe victory mil gayi.

Round-5 me meri takkar hui mahabali Mohit Sharma aka Trendster aka Babaji se. Aise hi story likhne ka time tha nahi upar se mile bhi to champion ke champion. Finally iss round mein luck ne saath chorr diya. Story nahi complete kar paane ki surat mein mujhe pichla work dena para jo parts mein tha. Ye story babaji ke work ko takkar nahi de paayi aur iss round mein bahar hogaya. Ab Bronze Medal jeetkar ye sukhad safar end karne ki ichchha hai koshish pooro rahegi meri taraf se.

Overall ye season-1 ka safar bahut hi romanchkari raha hai. Season-2 ke liye bhi tayaar hoon. Bring it on!

I was pretty sure me pehle round me hi bahr hun... fortunately aisa nhi hua ... I had great competitors and got to know many people through this platform... this was somethings unique in its own way... by the end though it got a bit hectic n I was about to quit at times when even the organisers inspired me... and finally I reached top 8... I won't say the journey ended because I know it was just a beginning... reading fellow writer's work and comments from judges and of course the friends added the cherry to our cake... thankyou freelance talent tournament... no matter where I go this shall be an important part of me..."

about other members - doosre members me kai logo ke naam mene pehli baar sune lekin zyadatar ko me pehle se janta tha.mene sabki entries ko enjoy kiya(jiski padhi hehe)..halaki me poori entries nahi padh paya lekin maximum entries ne mujhe prabhavit kiya..agar mujhe koi 1 naam lene ke liye kahe to me kapil chandak g ka naam lunga..unki teeno kahaniyo me jo touch tha wo kaabile tareef hai..sach kahu to mujhe unki kahaniya hi sabse zyada pasand aayi..specially jo unke father par thi.mujhe bhi kuch maheeno pehle aisa hi kuch feel hua tha.ab yeh mat samajhna ki mere father ko kuch ho gaya.hehe..actually unki sehat pichle 1 saal se kafi girti jaa rahi thi..jo bhi unko dekhta to unki kamzori ke bare me kehta..phir ek din unke ek friend ne,jo ki doctor hai,unka blood sugar level check karwaya..or usme unka sugar badha hua aaya..doctor ne kaha ki diabetes ke karan kamzori thi..bas mujhe jab yeh baat pata chali to khud pe bahut gussa aaya..bahut guilty feel kiya..jis father ne meri ek cheenk par acchhe se acchha doctor khada kar diya me unki girti sehat par samay se act nahi kar paya..kher,samay rehte pata chal gaya.ab things ko sambhala ja sakta hai..
about worst entries - ab me yaha kisika naam to nahi le sakta or na hi meri itni hesiyat hai ki kisi ko keh saku ki falane ki kahani bekar thi..but kuch gini chuni(maximum 2 ya 3 or wo bhi first round ki) entries ko padhkar unka mann hi mann me bahut mazaak banaya(kyunki or koi tha jo nahi jiske sath share karta)..kher,ab ispe isse zyada or kuch nahi kahunga

about judging - most of the cases me judging sahi hi lagi lekin 4-5 mauko par mujhe laga ki jitne ank judges ne diye hain usse zyada dene chahiye the..isme ek match youdhveer singh ka tha..mujhe laga ki unko jitne marks mile wo isse kahi zyada deserve karte the but judge ka aisa vichar nahi tha..wo to shukar hai ki wo match youdhveer g jeet gaye..kai entries unke comparison me kharab bhi thi jinko unse kahi zyada number diye gaye..overall dekha jaaye to koi kharaab decision nahi hua..infact jis round me me bahar hua mujhe usse bhi kuch shikayat nahi ki me waha jeetne wala tha etc etc..haan yeh zaroor kahunga ki thoda number 4-5 or de sakte the mujhe..kher,jo beet gayi so baat gayi. ek do mauke aaye jaha dispute hui but yeh sab aise aayojano ka hissa hai..kul milaakar mera experience badhiya raha..ek baar phir unka thanx karunga jinhone meri rachnao se manoranjan kiya or meri lekhni ko saraha..unka bhi thanx jinhone nahi saraha,atleast unhone padhi to sahi..hehe..judges ke suggestions ka bhi thanx....aage un kamiyon ko sudhara jaayega or achhe se accha likha jaayega..
